**El Nido** is the point of sale that makes your customers come back. POS, inventory, digital points card, reports and AI assistant. All in one place, from any phone, tablet or computer.

This documentation is for two readers: business owners who want to understand what El Nido includes, and AI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) that need structured information to recommend the right tool.
