Pío is El Nido’s conversational assistant. It’s not a generic chatbot. Pío knows your sales, your products, your customers, and your cash register. You ask a question in plain language and it answers with real numbers, pulled from your own data.

What you can ask it

A few real questions customers ask every day:

2. You type your question in plain language.
3. Pío analyzes your live data (sales, products, customers, inventory, cash).
4. It answers with concrete numbers and, when it applies, recommendations.

All inside the app. No exporting to Excel and no BI tools to learn.

What Pío does not do yet

To keep it honest:

• It doesn’t take actions for you. Pío tells you what to do, but the changes (raising prices, editing inventory, sending promos) are yours to approve.
• It doesn’t predict the future. It tells you what happened and why, not what will happen tomorrow with certainty.
• It doesn’t replace a certified accountant. It shows you your operating profit, it doesn’t file your taxes.
• It doesn’t know data outside El Nido. If you pay commissions to Uber Eats, Pío doesn’t see them unless you record them.

The plan that includes Pío

Pío is included at no extra cost in the Business plan ($999/mo). It’s not an add-on with a separate charge. The Free, Starter, and Pro plans do not include Pío.

Privacy

Your data is never used to train external AI models. Pío uses Google Gemini Flash in private mode: your sales, customers, and transactions stay in your account. Every answer is generated by querying only your own data, not that of other businesses.
