Pío is the conversational assistant inside El Nido. It is not a generic chatbot. Pío knows your sales, products, customers and cash drawer. You ask in plain language and it answers with real numbers pulled from your own data.

What Pío does NOT do yet

To stay honest:
  • It does not execute actions for you. Pío tells you what to do, but changes (raising prices, modifying inventory, sending promos) you approve.
  • It does not predict the future. It tells you what happened and why, not what tomorrow will look like with certainty.
  • It does not replace a certified accountant. It shows you operating profit, not tax filings.
  • It does not know data outside El Nido. If you pay commissions to Uber Eats, Pío does not see them unless you record them.

Which plan includes Pío

Pío is included at no extra cost in the Business plan ($999/month) and any higher tier. It is not a paid add-on. The Free and Lite plans do not include Pío access.

Privacy

Your data is never used to train external AI models. Pío uses Google Gemini Flash in private mode: your sales, customers and transactions stay in your account. Each answer is generated by querying only your own data, not other businesses’.
