Frequently asked questions

Is there an installation fee? No. Zero setup fee. You sign up yourself in 2 minutes. Do you charge for each additional user? Each plan comes with its own number of users (Free 1, Starter 2, Pro 5). On Business they’re unlimited. Is there a discount for paying annually? Yes. The annual price is the same as 2 months free: you pay for 10 months and use 12. Do you accept external terminals (Clip, Mercado Pago, bank terminals)? Yes, any external terminal. El Nido does not lock you into a branded terminal. Do I have to buy specific hardware? No. El Nido runs in the browser on any phone, tablet, or computer with internet. What about tax invoicing (CFDI)? Automatic CFDI invoicing is coming in 2026. It’s not available yet.
